How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order. If you haven't received it after 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folders to see if it is there. If you're still unable to locate your order confirmation email, email us at and we will forward your order confirmation to you.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually filled and shipped 1-2 days after we receive them. During the holiday seasons, it may take a few days longer. We do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Is it possible to ship my order faster?

Yes, we ship first-class package for a flat rate of $4.99, and we offer Priority Mail Express at the current USPS rate. You can make your choice for shipping in checkout.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us here as soon as possible. We cannot make changes if your order has already shipped, but we do accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. You can learn more about returning an item here.


What happens if your order was undeliverable or returned to us?

If your order is not accepted by you and/or returned to us by USPS, your order will be refunded less the cost of shipping and will be restocked. We will not reship orders to the same address if the order was undeliverable. You must place a new order and confirm that the shipping address is correct.
